このたび発生しておりました温泉設備の不具合につきまして、多くのお客様にご心配とご迷惑をおかけしましたこと、改めて深くお詫び申し上げます。

We sincerely apologize once again for the worry and inconvenience caused to many of our customers due to the malfunction of our hot spring facilities.

この度、温泉の供給が再開し、宿泊のお客様につきましては通常営業にてご案内できる状況となりました。

We are pleased to announce that the hot spring water supply has resumed, and we are now able to offer our guests our usual services.

現在ご利用いただけない施設について

復旧作業および設備調整のため、下記施設につきましては引き続きご利用を休止しております。

• 混浴露天風呂/洞窟風呂（天候により一部使えない可能性あり）
• サウナ
• 檜風呂
• 温泉地獄（蒸し卵）

Due to restoration work and equipment adjustments, the following facilities remain closed:

お客様にはご不便をおかけいたしますが、安全かつ安定した運営のため、何卒ご理解賜りますようお願い申し上げます。

as this is necessary for safe and stable operation.

外来入浴・湯めぐりについて

温泉の安定供給体制が整うまでの間、外来入浴（湯めぐり利用を含む）は一時休止とさせていただきます。

Until a stable supply system for the hot springs is established, we will temporarily suspend day-trip bathing (including hot spring hopping).

再開時期につきましては、状況を見ながら改めてご案内申し上げます。

We will inform you of the reopening date at a later date.

ご宿泊のお客様につきましては、通常通りご予約・ご利用いただけます。
スタッフ一同、安心してお過ごしいただけるよう努めてまいります。

Guests staying at our hotel can make reservations and use our services as usual.
