このたび発生しておりました温泉設備の不具合につきまして、多くのお客様にご心配とご迷惑をおかけしましたこと、改めて深くお詫び申し上げます。

We sincerely apologize once again for the worry and inconvenience caused to many of our customers due to the malfunction at our hot spring facility.

温泉の安定供給体制が整うまでの間、外来入浴（湯めぐり利用を含む）は一時休止とさせていただきます。再開時期につきましては７月中旬を予定しております。詳しい日程は、改めてお知らせをさせていただきます。

Until a stable supply of hot spring water is secured, day-use bathing (including hot spring hopping) will be temporarily suspended. We plan to resume operations in mid-July. The exact reopening date will be announced at a later date.
